Also, I found that a lot of the reviews were sketchy and biased. I’ll warn you that if you prefer to do research on your own about DirectTV Service, you’re going to find mostly bad reviews. However, these are from trolls, bots, and disgruntled employees. If you go through and really read through the reviews for yourself, you’ll be able to tell that the only true reviews are from the few positive ones that are listed. Another thing that I didn’t like about these other websites that offered “discounts,” so-called “special offers” and “real” customer reviews were that the websites looked like they were literally just thrown together. I think my 4-year-old daughter could put together something better.
I wound up going back to the DirectSatTV.com website. All in all, I’m glad I did. Not only did I get a very fair quote, but the website was informative and really did tell the truth. I’m proud to say that since that day, I have been hooked on DirectTV and a loyal customer ever since.
